GVR is a Tucson-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, and an Arizona Qualified Charitable Organization.  Established in 2013, GVR is dedicated to serving others and meeting their most basic needs through several outreach activities.

GVR is privately funded, existing solely on the support of the Tucson community.  Approximately 100 volunteers lead and operate the various outreach activities and fundraising events hosted by GVR.

Individuals and families are served with love and acceptance, and with a focus on building relationships.  Clients are provided with resources to meet their most basic needs of food, clothing, and spiritual and health resources, and are referred to other community organizations for additional resources.
