The GVR Food Pantry supplies food, hygiene and household items to individuals and families in need.
Drive-thru and walk-up food distribution is on Thursdays and Saturdays from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
GVR Connect
Gather with others who wish to know more about the Bible on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm. Study, pray, and share life with others who are loving, kind, and accepting.
Casual - come as you are!
The GVR Clothing Closet is open to distribute clothing on the last Tuesday of each month from 3 to 5 pm.
Spiritual and Health Resources
A team of dedicated volunteers, including a Registered Nurse, meet with GVR's clients to pray, provide minor medical care, and connect them with other community resources.
The Mobile Clothing Closet most often partners with schools to provide clothing to students and their families, and makes a surprise visit to food distribution on occasion.
After supplying the food pantry with fresh produce, boxes are distributed to the community for a $10 donation every Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm outside the building on the NEC of 22nd Street and Van Buren.
